BOOK A SERVICE

On arrival, we will assess the bike to ensure the right service is being provided. This will include a quick check over of the bike, looking at chain and brake pad wear, condition of tyres and checking various bearings. From this we can help by recommending the correct service for your bike.

Demon Service to Exorcise the Gremlins

Tune up
Safety service, gear and brake adjustment.
Condition of frame, wheels and components inspected for damage/wear.
Advise on any current or potential issues.
Torque of bolts checked across the bike.
Parts or upgrades fitted as additional charge.
Bike clean not included.

Devil's in the details service

Our annual service
Condition of frame, wheels and components inspected for damage/wear.
Frame and components cleaned, without being stripped.
New inner brake/gear cables fitted.
Brakes/gears tuned.
Service cost does include fitting of parts, but does not include cost of replacement parts.
Condition of tubeless sealant inspected, and topped up if needed.
Wheels trued if necessary.

One hell of a service

Bike back ‘like new’.
The bike is completely stripped and cleaned, parts are individually cleaned in the parts washer.
Condition of frame, wheels and components inspected.
Service cost does include fitting of parts, but does not include cost of replacement parts.
New brake/gear inners and outers cables fitted.
If tubeless setup, tyres are removed and old sealant is cleaned out.
New sealant is fitted and tyres reseated.
Additional costs for new valves/tape if needed.
Wheels trued if necessary.

NEW SERVICE!
Assessment of current bike fit and adjustments made during appointment.
Sometimes additional parts will need purchasing and fitting.
We recommend a bike fit before purchasing a new bike, either custom built or off the shelf. We think you’ll really benefit from the process, and are sure you’ll be paid back for your investment.
If you book a bike fit ahead of purchasing a new bike, we’ll refund 50% of the bike fit cost when you buy your bike from us.

Respray or carbon repair
Frame fully stripped and prepared for respray/repair.
We work with various contacts to ensure work is done to a high quality (John for respraying, CBR for carbon repairs)

bike box rental

We know it can be a nightmare!
Taking your bike abroad for a race or on holiday? Keep it safe packed in one of our Bike Box Alans.
We partner with Bike Box Hire UK; book the bike box hire with them and then pick it up / drop it back to us.
We can pack or unpack on your bike too!

Parts sourced according to customers requests.
Bike fully built up and setup.
Come and see us or call for an initial consultation.
We recommend a “bike fit” as the first step to any custom build.
We can really really get to know you and understand your needs and wants.

everything else

For jobs undertaken in the workshop we charge £50 per hour for labour.
Where replacement components are required we charge RRP.
Here are some examples of smaller job pricing:
- Puncture Repairs from £8.00 plus cost of inner tube.
- Wheel True £25.00
- Brake Bleed £20.00
- Tubeless setup - depending on your wheel, you might need
- Tubeless tape fitted £10
- Tubeless tyre fitting, seating inc sealant £12
- Brake mount facing £25
Most of our prices assume we are using parts and materials supplied by us.
Where customers source and supply their own we may apply additional surcharges.
Any other not stated jobs can be quoted on enquiry.
